DISCLAIMER

 

Using dead stock, upcycled and regenerated fabrics are a hallmark of our brand. The majority of our pieces are hand made from dead stock or non-virgin materials. Idiosyncrasies and irregularities are a part of our garments and are a part of the An Only Child story and are not defects. Should there be a major defect though, we will do our best to repair the garment.

 

ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS

 

We at An Only Child are obsessive about quality and fit. These two elements are integral to our brand identity.

 

We are happy to say that we have partnered up with ShopBoy (Shopboyny.com) in Tribeca here in New York City to provide our customers with alteration services. Like us, ShopBoy is a small business and is equally obsessive about quality. Everything is hand done on site.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

 

We at An Only Child want you to love your purchase. Due to us being a small team, we are unable to offer returns for refunds at this time. As such, returns are allowed but can only be used for store credit.

 

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 21 days of receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and be in original condition. Please email us at Orders@anonlychild.com to request a unique Return Authorization Number.

 

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit. Please keep in mind that this process can take up to five days to process after we’ve received the item back.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

We offer shipping on a flat rate basis.

 

For domestic ground orders within the continental United States $10

For orders that are shipped by Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non continental US territories - $50

For orders to Canada - $25

For International Orders - $50

 

We also offer expedited shipping within the USA. Please note that standard order processing times remain the same and that it is only the shipping speed that is expedited. All expedited orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx for a flat rate of $85

 

For orders within the  New York City area, we also offer the option of same day messenger delivery for $50.
